Twice-Baked Potato CasseroleI have frozen this recipe after baking and reheated with excellent results. I don't think there would be any problem refrigerating it before baking, just increase the baking time.

Turtle Pumpkin PieDefinately a 5-star recipe! My family loves it. Tastes great with a gingersnap cookie crust too. Turns out perfect every time! (I use whole milk with instant pudding mix, it needs the fat to set up, it might not work as well with soy or no/low-fat milk.)
