Ziti Baked with Ricotta CheeseVery easy to make. The only thing I would change next time would be to use shreaded mozzarella cheese. Cubing it seemed to not spread over it evenly.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork BarbecueThis recipe was so easy. The only thing I changed was the beef broth. I took all the fat out of the pork drippings and used it with the balance of beef broth. I also added 1 tsp of smoke liquid. It was a hit with my co workers.

Twice Baked PotatoesAbsolutely the best baked potatos I've eaten in a while. Easy to make & great flavor.
