Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
I am a working mom with two preschool aged kids. My husband and I have been together for over 10 years and are living in our dream home. We both enjoy cooking for the family - but I especially love to bake. I'm always ready to try a new recipe and can't wait to see what Big Oven has to offer. We also just purchased and iPad so I'll be buying the Big Oven app as soon as possible.

When I bake I love to create sweet treats. Cakes, pies, muffins, cookies - you name it. The kids love to help and make a huge mess - but that's part of the fun. Baking breads is new to me - and I'm constantly trying to conquer a yeast recipe. Sometimes I even win !

Debbie's Zucchini Breadokay to substitute 1/2 cup of oil for applesauce. light brown sugar also okay. [I posted this recipe.]

Bread Machine Garlic Herb BreadIts a good substitute to use 1 cup of wheat flour in place of 1 cup of white flour. I also use bread machine yeast from the jar in place of active dry - same measurement. Lower garlic to 2 teaspoons if flavor is too strong - but I loved it. [I posted this recipe.]

Chocolate Zucchini Cake IIIFeel free to substitute the 3/4 cup oil with applesauce to lighten this up. It will be super moist either way. [I posted this recipe.]
