Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin CookiesTasted lovely. Made with self raising flour instead of plain with baking soda. Also I halved the recipe since this is the first time I'm making it. Got 18 cookies out of it. Will definitely be making again. Yum Yum!!

Snickerdoodle CookiesQuite hard and I burnt the first batch but other than that they work well as dunking biscuits. Not exactly something to rave about but yeh nice.

Create Your Own CasseroleAs recipes go, it works well. Was a little difficult working out the quantities of starch to protein etc. Casserole turned out more like a pie but it still tasted really nice. Good way of using up leftovers.

Crustless Spinach and Cheese QuicheLove it! Though I must admit I thought it tasted more like a delicious omelette than quiche. Love that it's simple to make, tastes nice and my 9 month old who normally refuses spinach laps this up. Not quiche in my opinion but will definitely make again.

Nutella BrowniesSuccess! Instant hit with the family including my nine month old. I normally go for the Rachel Allen recipe but I think the nutella makes all the difference with this one. Brilliant recipe, uses a lot of nutella, but well worth it. Thank you.

Nutella Mini Mug CakeAbsolutely LOVELY! And so easy to make as well. Too good to be true this recipe. I omitted the baking soda so it turned out quite dense but I quite like it that way. Just enough space at the top of the mug for some icecream.

Honey and Soy Glazed SalmonAce! Very easy to make, really quick and tastes delicious! Made with microwaved seasoned cheese potato wedges.

Antony Worrall Thompsons the Ultimate Fish PieTastes really nice. Point to note is that if you're using frozen fish and prawns, make sure it's fully defrosted first. I skipped the mustard in the mash and put cheese and breadcrumbs on top instead. Yum! The main reason for 3 stars is the sure amount of washing up and time taken to prepare this dish. Will make it again though only for a special occasion.

Cake BallsMade these with some cake that had gone wrong. Tasted gorgeous. Made the coating with dark chocolate and drizzled white chocolate over for decoration. This is an excellent way to use up left over cake. Thank you.

Wacky Caketried this twice because it sounds like a convenient way to make cake. never making it this way again! the first time around it smelled and tasted very strongly of baking soda. the next time i tried it with self raising flour instead of plain and it's become really chewy. feels like too much hassle just to avoid eggs and butter. sorry for the bad review.
