Sweet Cinnamin Buttermilk PancakesThese are tasty! They are very light and fluffy. My husband and I have big appetites, and we cut the recipe in half and it was perfect for the two of us. We had six pancakes each, since they are so light. The only thing I would probably do in the future is add a little more sugar, because I enjoy them without syrup and so I like them just a little sweet.

Lumberjack PancakesOn my electric stove I found that they came out best at low heat - level 3. Realy filling! 2 pancakes are enough to fill you up! Great stuff!
