Recipes I've Posted (all 16)

I like all kinds of food with the exception of liver and lamb. I started cooking at the age of 9. My earliest memories of cooking are of making pot roast with the help of my mother. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner from beginning to end all by myself at 15.

Tater Tot and Hamburger Casserole

Tater Tot and Hamburger Casserole

I added 3 cloves of garlic and layered the cheese on the meat mixture, on the green beans and added another cup over the tater tots. I then sprinkled pepper across the top before baking. I felt the recipe was too bland without these additions. With the garlic, extra cheese and pepper, it turned out good.

We really liked this. I used Medium Pace Picante sauce instead of mild. Being from Texas, wanted a little extra kick to the enchiladas

Mexican Pork Chops

Mexican Pork Chops

This was really good. I used pork steaks instead of pork chops as we like them better. Also used instant rice and 3/4 of a 15oz can of tomato sauce. Will definitely make this again.
