I pretty much stay at home due to a car accident that disabled me. I have 2 great kids,  their spouses and 3 beautiful grandchildren and a wonderful husband who worries too much about me at times since I also have diabetes.  I live in Western Nebraska where we have all the seasons (I even love the snow). 

I would rather bake than cook meals.  Not a picky eater and will pretty much try anything except some types of fish.  Comfort food is big with us and Mexican but being diabetic I have to really watch what I eat.
