Del's Low Carb Enchilladastaste is great. Kids like it because it isnt hot just a bit spicy. You can add extra things like mushrooms, red peppers, banana peppers, cayenne, or anything you wish to spice it up a bit. I have used pepper jack cheese grated on top too.. wonderful [I posted this recipe.]
