Mahogany Broiled Chicken with Smoky Lime Sweet Potatoes and Cilantro Chimicloved the smoky sweet flavor. The cilantro chimichuri added a nice contrast to the smoky sweet.

Parmesan Crusted ChickenExtremely moist! Very good flavor....to watch calories I left off the sage butter and it was still delicious.

Pork Medallions with Balsamic Vinegar and SageGreat quick and easy recipe. I recommend adding more sage than the recipe calls for. I served this with rice and lima beans with a little onion and canadian bacon in the beans.
