Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow CookerThe pork was very tender but it had a funny taste. Maybe it was the type of red wine I used but it had a funny after taste.

Cheesy Potato SoupIt was great! However, added the full 2 pounds of velveeta, some shallots, and also put in 3 cans of green chillies. The 2 pounds of cheese was a little much but other than that it was great!

Spicy Chicken Tortilla SoupThis was amazing! I added an extra can of diced chilies because I like food pretty spicy! But this is definitely on my favorites list!
