Mexican Pork ChopsOne thing my girlfriend and I agreed on is that 1 cup of cheese was a bit too much. Other than that, it was delicious. Thanks to the poster!

Chocolate Peanut Butter SquaresThese were a great treat. I tried milk chocolate melting wafers as opposed to semi-sweet chips, and they turned out great. Be advised though, the dough mixture requires a strong wrist to mix thoughourly.
