 Cooking, cycling, reading, playing trumpet, listening to jazz & classical, drinking good beer, wine, scotch, whiskey, and aging.

I've done about a dozen classes at Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, had a professional chef come over to teach and help me prepare a dinner party, visited other chefs' homes, but the best was spending the afternoon in the Radius's kitchen prepping, assembling, and learning.
