Mexican food all year long! Soups & stews in fall & winter. Grilled vegetables, salads & grains in spring & summer. I do love fish! We eat salmon or trout once a week - usually on a cedar plank and charcoal grill - regardless of the weather here in the midwest! Love to try new recipes and perfect the classics to our tastes.
