I added a bit more hot sauce then called for because we really like spicy food and i took the advice of the other suggestions and added chicken broth to the sauce to make added "gravy" and we both cannot get enough of this ! Thanks for this recipe !

Sunday Pot RoastThis is the best roast recipe i have ever made my husband and i work off hours so i put it in the oven when i went to bed and he took it out when he got home.....he left me a note saying sorry i am going to eat it all for lunch tomorow guess you have to find something else...it is really good he is not taking it all for his lunch....the sauce is amazing and the meat is yummy ! This was easy and painless and i am a busy lady and that is what i need ! Thanks...i will no longer be using my crock for roast this blows it out the water. I downsized the recipe to suit two people

Beef and Corn Pieyummy was good i added a layer of chedder cheese under the cornbread and on top of the cornbread i also used a mix package of cornbread and added jalapenos too it....this was a great dish for me since i had no idea what to make for our dinner and i had all the ingredients on hand i also made more of the tomato/meat mixture at the same time and will use it for the base of my special chili i will be making at the end of the week

Chile Verde (Green Chile and Pork Stew)i tried this because i liked the idea of boiling the pork and it worked great but it needed alot more tomatillos then it called for so i had to make the "gravy" with added chicken stock and i think if i would have had more tomatillos it would have been better although it still was very very good i am going to try it with tomatos as well thanks for the recipe !

Beef and Swiss Meat Piesyummmmmmm we loved these and they are so easy and fast. A nice change from our standby dinners and they also reheat well which is important to us as we dont work normal shifts and eat at weird times ! Thanks

Grandma Keeters Coconut Cream PieI made this pie today and it turned out really yummy the custard is creamy and delicious i wish the pie crust recipe would have been included however it would have made it a one shot recipe instead i followed a recipe i ususally use to make my crust. Overall yummmmmm
