Slow Cooker Roast Chicken & Gravy (Paleo)This came out very well. The spices made the gravy a little spicy for my taste so adjust the cayenne to your taste. The meat was very tender. I did a 4 pound chicken and it took almost 5 hours to finish up.

Cauliflower Fried "Rice" (Paleo)It actually came out pretty good with a good flavor and consistency.
