Chicken EnchiladasI was hopeful that this would be easy, quick and tasty. However, this recipe uses canned chicken and cream of chicken soup. It was high fat and bland. If you are going to make chicken enchiladas, I'd try something else. Some of the variations submitted by reviewers where they used fresh chicken and other changes may improve it. It is quick and easy. I'll give you that.
