Beef Green Chili StewVery good! This is one of my favorite recipes. It's very close to what I had at Ponchos until they closed their Metairie restaurant after Katrina. The only thing that I do diffrently is roll the beef stew in a little flour to make the gravy a little thicker, and it also comes out well cooking it in a crock pot. It has the best arouma when cooking.
