Parmesan Crusted ChickenThe sage butter sauce was amazing! We put it on asparagus instead of potatoes and added it to the chicken as well. Also my wife isn't a fan of spicy so I used a little cumin instead of cayenne. This goes in the books for us!

Spinach and Smoked Salmon FettucineGoat cheese wasn't available so I went with Feta cheese, also I added capers and did a white wine reduction with the sauce - one of the best meals we've had in a long time!
