Baked Potato SoupI made this last night for a dinner with friends. I filled bread bowls for the 6 of us and even have leftovers for lunch. My friends have asked for the recipe and I directed them to this website. It was a hit and oh so easy... and fast. Just bake the potatoes early in the day or the day before.
