Sausage and PeppersI altered the instruction by removing the sausages after browning. Poured off exess fat and add the onions, garlic, and peppers and sauted until almost soft then add the sausage, and other ingredients and cooked on low heat as in the instructions. I did check to see it getting to dry and add wine as needed. Don Wiseman donwbham
