Stuffing

A 1 lb loaf of bread = 10-12 cups, the average amount needed for a 12-14 lb bird. To dry cubes place in 275 degree oven for ~ 20 minutes Cook extra stuffing (not used in bird) in covered, buttered baking dish. Bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes. Only stuff bird right before putting in oven.
