Swedish MeatballsYummy! Of course, I burnt up all of my drippings because I had my pan too hot. Instead I decided to use 2T butter to make a roux with the flour and it turned out great. My family loved it :-)

German Filled PancakesThank you for sharing this recipe! They turned out great! I knew a girl from Germany who made these for us once and I was so happy to find a recipe for them. She topped hers with peanut butter which is also great on these. I tried your cinnamon sugar as well and it was delicious. Thank you again for sharing!

Easy Breezy Strawberry Rhubarb PieThat sugar amount was very wrong! Sorry about that I have had a lot of trouble posting the measurments on here. It is only 1 1/4 cup of sugar. Also, I use fresh strawberries in mine. Frozen may have too much liquid. You could always add more of the tapioca if you like a thicker base.

Tomato and Garlic Pasta SaladI followed the recipe and substituted whole wheat shells for regular shells. I also added basalmic vinegar for a little extra flavor. I would make this one again.

Best Ham and Bean SoupNot your traditional ham and bean soup but, I'm so glad I tried it! This one really lives up to it's name. I used leftover honey glazed spiral sliced ham and it was fantastic. I don't think I will ever go back to my old recipe.
