That sugar amount was very wrong! Sorry about that I have had a lot of trouble posting the measurments on here. It is only 1 1/4 cup of sugar. Also, I use fresh strawberries in mine. Frozen may have too much liquid. You could always add more of the tapioca if you like a thicker base. — dreadree 10/12/2009
