Meatless Spanish RiceMade this today and it was really yummy and really easy. Used rotel instead of salsa and lime juice instead of lemon juice. Thanks so much for sharing. Will definitely make again.

Marinated Oven-Fried ChickenThanks for sharing another of your great recipes. Just finished eating and it was so delicious. Used boneless skinless chicken thighs as they were on sale. The crumbs stayed on just fine-Dredged them twice.

Quick Cake Mix Banana BreadThanks for a great idea for using up bananas. I would call this a cake really. I added a bit of cinnamon and vanilla extract and topped with cream cheese frosting and we loved it! Next time I would add 5 bananas.
