Mexican Cornbread CasseroleI used 2 boxes of Jiffy 8.5 oz, and it seemed to be just enough. If you like it thick 3 would not be too much. I added chili as was suggested previously. My family quite liked it and they are kind of picky. I thought it was OK, not the best dish I have found on here. It was easy, quick and filling.

Quick and Easy Chicken ParmesanExcellent, made as directed, served over spaghetti noodles.

Creamy Chicken, Bacon and Tomato Pasta (12)I made this tonight, used Fettucini noodles, (did not have anything else). I added all of the ingredients (some were not listed to add) together at the same time. Other than the noodles, I did not change anything. I see no reason to change anything. It was delicious.

Brussels Sprouts With BaconI used this recipe, and was very satisfied. My wife swore that there was butter, and of course there was not. I do recomend this recipe. My eleven year old even ate all of his without much resistance.

Baked Garlic Cheese Mashed PotatoesI used 8 potatoes, as the recipe called for, mine were small. I think it made a whole lot, while still kinda bland. Maybe with about 5 potatoes, I would like better. ( I also used dried parsley)

Vintage Hamburger GoulashMy kids were skeptical, but I made this and once they tried it, they liked it. I enjoyed it more than they did. I would recomend.
