What's for dinner?
Swedish meatballs, garlic butter shrimp, Lasagna, cilantro lime rice, Puerto Rican cooking (maried a purto rican :} ) I like a variety of foods, lots of veg. Trying to find more challenging recipies to try and build my cooking skills.

Skillet Pork Chops with Mushroom GravyAwesome! Hubby said it was best pork chops ever! I've made it a few times and have added sauted onions to the sauce before serving. Gives it a little extra kick.

Skillet Pork Chops with Mushroom GravyReally good. Made it tonight for dinner. Hubby said it was best chops ever. Made with bone-in chops but still came out great! One suggestion, next time I may add some sauted onions to the sauce for a little extra kick.
