Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs ChickenIf I could give it ten stars, I would -- this was AWESOME!! I haven't had it at Outback, so can't compare, but it was delicious perfection. I am stuffed and can't eat another bite, but the leftovers are already calling to me. DEFINITE KEEPER!! (note - I only marinated chicken for an hour or so, and that was just fine).

Crock Pot Vegetarian Chili- Core Recipe; Flex=2pts (aprx 2 cups)I forgot to add the carrots, but it was tasty anyway! Served it with shredded cheddar and a dollop of sour cream on top. I tossed it all in the crockpot before I left for work this morning, put it on "6 hours" (my pot switches to a warming mode after cook time is finished). It was awesome walking into the house tonight to the smell -- made some quick cornbread muffins, and YUM!

Kiwi, Lime And Coconut ChickenThis was very quick and easy to make, and delicious! I also served it over rice. Had to look up what a "Dsp" was, and apparently it's a dessert spoon.

Waldorf Red Velvet Cake and FrostingThis is a delicious cake - not too sweet, but sweet enough. The frosting was sooo good! I didn't have red food coloring, so used purple -- interesting color. Heha! The directions don't mention where to add the cocoa in, and I almost forgot it -- I mixed it in at the very end before pouring batter into the pans.

Corkys Memphis-Style ColeslawMade this to go with baby back ribs later tonight -- took a little taste before putting it into the fridge to marinate for the suggested 3-4 hours, and OMG, it's hard to not go dish up a bowl NOW!! My teen son agrees, and we are looking forward to the slaw as much as the ribs tonight!!!!
