Cheesy Broccoli SoupThis soup was so delicious. I used 3 cups of shredded sharp cheddar because my family really loves cheese. What a wonderfully easy, from-scratch recipe!

Black-eyed Pea and Artichoke DipI would like to add an update for this recipe. My bringing this has become such a favorite at work that multiple people now bring this to our potluck lunches. Delicious.

Ramen Noodle Salad with Broccoli SlawHINT: There will likely be extra dressing left over; store it in the refrigerator for future salads. Balsamic vinegar adds a strong flavor to this dressing, so add it sparingly to your salad until you know your flavor preference. :D Store remaining sauteed ingredients in a plastic baggy or other container for use with future salads. [I posted this recipe.]

Yummy Breakfast PizzaBreakfast pizza uses the same, great flavors I put in my breakfast casserole, BUT it speeds up the end-result by 30+ minutes! My husband and I love this one. If you have never had buttery crescent rolls from a can before (I had not), you may find the flavor to be wonderful (my husband) or a bit too "buttery" (me).

Kane's Chicken SpaghettiDoesn't get any easier than this!

One Dish Beef StroganoffThis is sooo easy. When you need to make a fast family meal that tastes great, this one does it. I, however, also added a can of Cream of Mushroom soup and a little Worcestershire Sauce to the simmering mix. My reasoning for that was that I forgot to print the recipe ahead of time, and my internet could not pull up Big Oven as I was cooking the dinner. I had no idea what all was supposed to go into the skillet, so I went out on a limb. It tasted great!

Banana French ToastI'll admit that I messed this up a bit trying to cook it for the first time, but I managed to preserve the flavor (just not the appearance). It was delicious! I actually used a homemade loaf of orange-cranberry bread when I cooked it. I also added a bit of brown sugar to the banana puree. Easy enough for my 8-year-old son to help me with it.

Black-eyed Pea and Artichoke DipI love this recipe! I had never seen an artichoke dip without spinach until the caterer at my wedding made one like this dip with black-eyed peas. It was such a hit at my reception that I decided to try to make it at home for New Year's. This recipe is yummy! The only modifications I made to suit my personal tastes included: sauteing the onions prior to mixing them into the dip and adding slightly more grated Parmesan cheese to the mix. The addition of the Ranch dressing mix was fabulous. One of my friends took home my printed copy of the recipe. Good stuff!
