Springtime Spinach EnchiladasI made this w/ Lisa'a Enchilada Sauce. I added beans, and chili power, cumin and cayenne. Came out ok, but not sure it was worth it for the effort for me.

Mango Jalapeno Barbecue SauceWe used this marinade w/ boneless prok ribs. The only swap I made was Chinese Five Spice for the Allspice. While this takes a bit of planning for a weeknight dinner, it came out very spicy and delicious. Will make this again.
