What's for dinner?
I have lived in Massachusetts most of my life. I have three grown kids and a wonderful husband. When there is time I like to read. I drive a school bus, teach decorative painting and am part owner of a greenhouse (bedding plants) business.

I love all kinds of food. I think grilling, if done right, is the best. Homemade soup in the winter, grilling in the summer and pasta anytime.

Yummy Mexican Cheesecake AppetizerThis recipe has a lot of flavor and is very easy. I made it the night before and brought to a pot luck. Everyone loved it. I think it serves best if cut into pieces because it isn't as soft as most dips. But cut it and serve with tortilla chips and it's a go!
