Yellow Curry ChickenSteve, I made your curry tonight and it was a big hit with my husband and son. I didn't change much, no bamboo, because the kid doesn't like it and I used ginger powder and cayenne instead of red pepper flakes for heat. It was tasty and authentic but easy to make. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
