I live in Anderson, SC and work at Cross Creek Plantation Country club as a Chef's apprentice... I will start school in the fall pursuing a degree in Culinology at Clemson University.... Ultimately I would like to be a private chef with a PhD in Food Science and Nutrition  I love Italian, Mediterranean, Indian, and Carribean food... I am most experienced in southern cooking
