Chicken Enchiladas with a twistMade this the other night and it was fantastic! I made a few slight changes. I used cream of chicken soup with no broth and used medium salsa and medium enchilada sauce to add more flavor. I seasoned the chicken in garlic powder while it was boiling and added onions to the chicken mixture before stuffing the tortillas. I will definitely make this one again!

Cheesy Chicken and Rice BakeMade this one tonight and it was really good! I read the reviews before I made it and made a few adjustments. I have a small family of three but this portion worked out. I used 1cup of rice and 1cup of water, added a can of creamy of celery soup, and seasoned the chicken prior to baking! I also cooked for an hour took the foil off and added the cheese then cooked for another ten minutes.....Perfect! Everyone liked it and will make again.
