Herbed Rice PilafThis is a nice base, but it seriously needs salt. Either add salt with the water or use chicken broth that's been seasoned. Once salted it was quite tasty.

Turkey MeatballsThe flavor is great on these! However, mine were really loose. I ended up with patties instead of balls because there was no way to shape them. But because they are so tasty I plan to make again. Thanks!
