Slow Cooker "Rotisserie" style ChickenGreat recipe loved by my family ! When chicken was done I put it under the broiler to brown and it came out wonderfully.

Green Beans and BaconI drained the liquid from cans then I sauteed the onions and garlic in a pot then added the liquid from cans, and bacon and brought to a boil. I then added the beans and brought them to a boil and then turned down to simmer and covered pot. Came out really good.

Blackened Steak with Blue Cheese Wine SauceMy picky steak eating husband loved this. I found the bleu cheese to be overpowering so next time I will decrease the amount. I sauteed mushrooms in butter then added to sauce and this was a keeper also. Plated steak and drizzlesd sauce and mushrooms over steak and bleu cheese crumbles

Chicken Pot Pie CasseroleThis was great. I halved the ingredients but kept the crust the same. I also halved the butter and adjusted the soup and broth to a consistency and thickness that I liked. I thought it was fantastic and couldn't wait to go home the next day and have leftovers.

Apple Dump CakeThis was a hit at work but I modified it a bit - 1 can cherry filling, 1 can undrained crushed pineapple, white cake mix, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts - in that order. It was easy and garnered numerous compliments.
