Creamy Chicken and Noodle CasseroleThis was way too easy to be so awesome!! I used a steamer pot to put the chicken in the "noodle water" so it wasn't too difficult to remove prior to boiling the pasta. I also added a ladleful of the broth/noodle water(prior to draining the pasta) to the soups to thin it a little w/ pinch of garlic powder; topped w/ mozzarella & French's fr onions. Yum!

Amanda's Peanut Butter Hershey Kiss CookiesThese were great! I LOVE PB cookies but haven't found a recipe I'm truly fond of yet. This dough is yummy. I actually made this recipe as PB cups rather than cookies. I took miniature muffin pan, rolled 1" dough balls and then placed the H. kiss upside down into the dough & topped w/ a pecan half. The cookie dough baked up around the chocolate & makes a nice finger food snack!
