What's for dinner?
esilenna
I am a picky eater. So, I am always on the lookout for good recipes.  I don't mind taking the time to make something provided it will turn out good.  I really like spicy foods and I tend to lean towards Asian cuisine.  I'm a Mom of two girls that are also picky (but in the little kids way.) I really enjoy entertaining as well.

Recipes I've Posted (all 8)

Korean Bibimbap and Bulgogi.  I enjoy good soups and stews as well.

It is best to do the first part the day before you want to serve this and let it set up overnight in the fridge. The next morning, do the second part and it will be done in time for dinner. [I posted this recipe.]

The salad can be prepared, covered, and refrigerated a day in advance. Before serving, freshen the salad with a spoonful of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. [I posted this recipe.]
