Oreo TrufflesI rolled them into balls then dipped only HALF of each ball in WHITE chocolate - similar to when I make buckeyes (peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate). They looked beautiful on a serving tray.

World's Best LasagnaAm I missing something?!? Some reviews commented on the large amount of ricotta cheese - some say they used 20oz. - but the recipe I'm reading only calls for 16oz. Has it been changed? Is it 16, 20 or 60 oz.???
