Just retired. I cook for fun and because my wife still works so dinner has to get on the table. I grow my own herbs and and I shop for fresh vegetables at a local green grocer who imports local vegetables. I buy from a local butcher and I also purchase my lamb and beef in bulk from an organic farm.

Anything I can make from scratch, I will make. But, I love the recipes on BigOven because I can improvise.
