The 1 cup of heavy cream should be enough for 4-5 TBS(or to taste) of lemon curd....as stated in the recipe The Lemon Curd recipe makes much more than what you need for the tarts. I think it makes close to 2 cups. You will only need a bit of it....about 4-5 TBS to mix in with the whipping cream....You can use more lemon curd if you like, it is a matter of taste. Hi Fayemin, Welcome to BigOven! To answer your question about the salmon/cream cheese beggers' purse: I used about 3-4 chive leaves, this can vary...add more if you want or don't add so much.
