Creamy Chicken EnchiladasI followed this recipe exactly with the only change being that I added a can of rotel (instead of the can of chilies) which I drained prior to adding it to the chicken. The taste of this was fine but if was soooo soupy. I made this on the side just to try it out and was glad I didn't plan on it for dinner because I probably would have scrambled to serve something else.
