My husband is the family chef - we own a small pizza place in a college town.  I like to cook when I have the time, but mostly its about feeding my husband and four kids.

Good and very easy to make. I used regular old parmesan because that's what I had on hand. Also milk instead of water and 1/2 an onion minced with the garlic. My kids love them on mini rolls with sauce and melted mozzarella...mini meatball subs! — BigFatPanda 12/13/2011

Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

All six members of my family gave this a thumbs up - a rare thing! Instead of fresh bread crumbs, I used a combination of panko and dried crumbs...will probably use all panko or fresh next time. I also used gruyere instead of swiss because that's what I had on hand. Preparing the rolls was a little time consuming - will make ahead next time - but it was worth it. — ellie36 2/25/2010
