Loco MocoThis is a really great interpretation of the loco moco. What really makes this recipe shine is the fantastic and simple gravy. I've used these exact ingredients for gravy before, but the ratios here are add a perfect blend of meaty flavor with a nice velvet texture. I am going to have to experiment and improve my own loco moco recipe now!

Teriyaki Sauce, Thick or SpicyFor a dipping sauce complete Step One For a coating or basting sauce, complete Step One and Two. Step Three can be used for either the dipping sauce or coating sauce. Ingredients like Mirin and Huy Fong Sriracha sauce can be found in the ethnic/asian section of most grocery stores, or at your local asian food market. [I posted this recipe.]
