Chopped Walnut and Coffee CakeWonderful, wonderful cake. So excited to have access to Two Fat Ladies recipes on this site. Would make this again in a heartbeat! Light and delectable, and a great variety of flavoring between the cake and icing. Note: I did leave out the one egg yolk from the buttercream/coffee icing, and it still tasted phenomenal (and I didn't have to worry about raw egg). Also, in the above recipe, the four eggs actually belong in the cake batter portion, not the icing. Just fyi.

Shooters SandwichI actually used a London broil, and halved the broil lengthwise. My husband and I like our beef rare, but not as rare as the original recipe calls for it to be!

Chicken Breasts with Walnut AilladeSo amazingly good. This is a dressed-to-impress chicken breast recipes. The yogurt marinade makes for an exceptionally tender dish, and the walnuts and fresh parsley are wonderful flavors together.

Easy Onion Soup with StiltonThis is a rich and flavorful soup--a great dish to beat the January winter blues. Use less or more Stilton (or bleu cheese) to enhance or tone down the flavor. Serve with bread and croutons--splendid!
