Shrimp Scampi CilantroFinger licking good! Used white wine instead of dry vermouth. FYI twinmommie07 - Cilantro are leaves of a plant called coriander, a native plant of Italy.... And dry vermouth is basically a dry white wine with stuff added to make it extra dry... Anyways, who care whether it's supposed to be italian or else... It just tastes good!

Fish TacosExcellent recipe. I have very little cooking skills and this came together really well. I added a spread of refried pinto beans on the tortilla under the fish. Oh boy that was perfect! It balanced out nicely the spices – especially since my ancho chili powder was a little heavy on the spicy side.

Thai Shrimp CurryThis is pretty much the first dish I ever prepared... And wow this is good. I love thai curry so I have a minimum standard for it... and I can't believe I made this good of a plate.... I followed the recommendations from reviewers: full can of coconut milk, add broccoli (add them fresh during the last few minutes of the simmering phase and it'll just turn out AWESOME; my logic was fresh broccli is good so even if i fail to fully cook it, it'll be fine, but it cooks fast anyways and it was not all saggy neither) - get ready to make curry better than what your local thai place makes. Made my first dish ever for myself. I'm absolutely going to cook this for friends in the future.
