I'm a pretty picky eater. I don't eat red meat or pork at all. And I'm not big on fried foods or over indulgent desserts. That's not to say that I don't appreciate a good slice of cake or a nice portion of ice cream. But for me, less is more. I like simple desserts that don't add ingredients for adding ingredient's sake. I also love soups and new ways to sneak veggies into my meals so that both of my boys (husband and son) can create healthier eating habits.
