What's for dinner?

I started very early watching the amazing Mr. Justin Wilson, amazed with what he could do with food. When I was 12, and a latch key kid, I had to prepare dinner for my parents. My hands were tied with what I was allowed to do. I new there had to be better and more interesting things to do than the same old boring food and flavors.

Two Ingredient Beer Bread

Holy cow this is a great bread. I have made this several times and, it gets better every time. I like to add a teaspoon of garlic to it for a small kick. For the Super Bowl I'm going to make several loaves and a whole bunch of spinach dip. Great recipe, thank you.
