I help prepare the Wednesday Night Fellowship Meals @ my church.  I am secretary of the Food Service Ministry Team.  I used to not like to cook, but found cooking with others was loads of fun, especially if one of the other cooks used to work in a teaching kitchen.  I'm also a Flybaby!

Most foods are my favorites.  I'm not a fan of beets!  I was the neighborhood joke as a teen learning to cook.  They could always tell when I was making dinner.  The skillet would make a flight out the backdoor if I burned the food.  Most knew to stear clear of our house when I was cooking.  One just didn't know when you might get hit with a flying pan!!! LOL  I consider my self a comfort food cook.  My grandmother was the best southern cook I knew!

This was super easy and very good! Make sure you don't over cook it or the chicken will dry out some. I left it in my oven(turned off) to stay warm while I ran to the store. I wound up being gone longer than I anticipated and text my hubby to take it out so it wouldn't over cook (food will tend to continue to cook in a hot oven). Guess what? He got distracted by something he was watching on TV and forgot about it. Still all in all it turned out to be a very flavorable dish. It's a great substitue for the messy fried chicken you do on the top of the range. My family loved it!
