Dave Leibovitz' Fresh Ginger Cakei love using ginger and this recipe does the trick. the use of peanut oil (as opposed to veg oil) adds a nice layer of flavor. i cut down on the molasses a bit (1/2 cup) and i think that was for the best. i love how this cake turned out. very potent for ginger lovers.

Pho (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup)ok if ur looking for a quick pho fix. def not the real thing but was easy and i enjoyed it on a cold day.
