Crock Pot Lasagna

Crock Pot Lasagna

Great recipe! I followed pretty closely but just substituted ricotta for cottage cheese and used Italian sausage instead of hamburger. Put about 1/4 c. water in with sauce. Worked well and cooked in about 3 hours in my crock pot.

Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Thanks for sharing this gem! Going to make for dinner tonight and store some away in the freezer for a snowy day! Great way to use up the extra 10lbs of potatoes I bought for Thanksgiving & hadn't used yet!

Apple Strudel Muffins

Apple Strudel Muffins

Very good! Great way to use apples from the orchard!!! Did add 1/4 c rice milk to loosen up batter, but didn't notice any difference in moisture so I'll skip the milk next time and try applesauce. Also used a small ice cream scooper to put batter in muffin tins--worked great!

Best Buffalo Chicken Dip Ever

Best Buffalo Chicken Dip Ever

I substituted ranch dressing and mozzarella cheese for blue cheese because my hubby doesn't like blue cheese. Still tasted good. Also found it easy to toss into glass dish and microwave--was in a pinch for time before a party.

So good! Leftovers (if there are any!!!) are so good inside of jumbo stuffed shells! Boil shells accd to pkg then drain. Stuff with 1-2 T. Mixture. Put in 9x13 pan and generously top w mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or until cheese is beginning to brown on edges.

Mom's Baked Beans

Mom's Baked Beans

A big hit with my family! Sautéed the peppers & onions first. Also added a small can of plain pinto beans and let set overnight. Baked the next day right before we ate--delicious!
