Kitchenaid White BreadThis recipe doesn't appear to be for a bread machine, but it also doesn't have instructions on oven temperature and baking time. It looks yummy and was very easy to make, but now it's on the second rise and I'm realizing I don't know how hot or how long to bake it! My fault - I should have read the whole recipe first!
